Two options are offered to Client’s when it comes to selling their home.

 

#1 Full Service Listing:  6 % Fee is due and payable at the time of  closing. All expenses including advertising and promotional costs related to the sale are covered in house and all work is performed by the Agent.

 

#2 Flat Fee Limited Service Listing:  Allows the Seller to pay a nominal application fee up front plus a  3.5% co-op agent fee at closing if sold by any participating MLS Agent or / no additional fee required if sold "by Owner".

  

“FLAT FEE OPTION" IS DESIGNED TO ALLOW A SELLER AN OPTION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL EXPENSE AND SALE OF THEIR OWN PROPERTY WHILE STILL RECEIVING BROKER PARTICIPATION AND GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO SAVE THOUSANDS OF $$$ AT CLOSING.

 

6 months MLS Service for just $299.00 (includes one photo)

 

*Optional Features may be included for a minimal extra fee of:

*$100  for up to 25 Photo's, Sign & Sign Post, Flyer Box, Flyer Template & Lock Box

$200 Virtual Video Tour 

*$199.00 for up to 2 full years on MLS & Realtor.Com 

*$299 Optional Fee at closing (If sold By-Owner) includes $1,000,000 of  E & O (errors and omissions) Insurance plus all required legal forms and Agent assistance.
